刘帅,男,吉林省长春市人。现任内蒙古大学计算机学院教授,硕士生导师。2011年毕业于吉林大学计算机科学与技术学院计算机应用技术专业,获工学博士学位。主要研究方向为复杂计算与大数据分析。主持参与完成国家自然科学基金多项。本人为中国计算机学会会员,ACM会员,ACM呼和浩特分会理事。长期作为若干顶级期刊的审稿人,包括IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems (1)Information Sciences (2)Applied Mathematics and Computation (2区,TOP期刊)IEEE Transactions on Image Processing (2区,CCF A类期刊)Mobile Networks and Applications (3)Sensors (3)等。本人现为若干SCI期刊和EI期刊的副主编/编委/客座主编/客座编委,主要如下:
